I have been trying for a week now to sign up for the full game. I have used verious credit cards and debit cards and no matter what I do I just get the same little red message that says "Not authorized". WTF is going on?

Well I don't know what race those ships belong too offhand but I know that Caldari ships make better shield tanks and amarr and galente make better armor tanks and the min are kinda random depending on the ship.

It means they will hit the target quicker thus making it harder for the oppoent to outrun them, also they will fly farther. To figure the max distance of a missiles multiply speed times seconds they last.
